In the midst of her 15th year in the league, Sue Bird has continued to blaze a trail for the many young ladies who follow her lead into the WNBA. Bird is one of nine players to win an NCAA Championship, a Gold Medal, and a WNBA Championship. In fact, she has won two WNBA Championships and is coming off her fourth consecutive Gold Medal. A few years back, she was named as one of the 15 greatest players in the history of the WNBA. 

While Sue has accomplished many accolades one thing that stands out is how she continues to mold the next wave of talent. She is a true point guard and exemplifies those qualities night in and night out. She has spent her whole WNBA career with the Seattle Storm too.
